Staring longingly at a giant box of Hot Tamales (my favorite candied treat as a child) all morning, it finally came close to noon, in which I believe a fully respectable time to crack the sweets.

And because they looked so beautiful spilling out all over the desk, I decided it’d be a perfect submission for today’s Macro May.

Don’t know what Macro May is? Basically, its a flickr pool where participants add a snap each day this month–taken, you guessed it, using the macro function on the camera.
