As everyone in this space already knows, I adore spending time in diners. Luckily, whenever I visit my Mum, there are diners–really, legit diners–all around.

The other morning, we stopped in the one just down the road. It’s an homage to the Red Sox and they have more eggs benedict combinations than you can ever imagine.

Eggs Blackstone is a brilliant idea–tomatoes, bacon (pork or turkey), hollandaise. Yum Yum….yuuum. What’s more, they make these delicious fried donut things called “Diner Dots”. Incredible.
