After an amazing first half of Thanksgiving break in sunny Arizona visiting Sean, my mum decided to kick the excitement up when I returned home and brought my sister and I to Harrisville Designs in Harrisville, NH, a yarn and weaving center I’ve been frothing to visit for years. Harrisville is the producer of the famed Brooklyn Tweed Shelter and Loft yarns; their own skeins are amazing, too. I managed to leave with a whole bag filled with delights–from Shelter to Harrisville worsted to Madelintosh. Oh my.
