the perfect men’s sock.

I’m certain these are the best socks I’ve ever made; the color combination, the choice in yarn pairings, the easy ribbing detail, the toe and heel pop, and the overall construction. They just fit like a glove and look good doing it.

I modified the basic ribbed sock pattern to my specifications and voila. I think Sean was pretty happy with them, and so, I’ve made him another pair since. If your guy has giant feet like mine, this is the pattern for you.

These were done with Malabrigo Sock in Alcaucil for the main part and the bright pink is Schaefer Yarns Nichole in the Clara Barton colorway; it’s such a shame Schaefer Yarns has since announced they will cease creating yarn. It’s just gorgeous to work with, a pure dream. If you can get your hands on some of the skeins still kicking around (named after historical women), then here’s me urging you.
