Carrot shaped biscuits for Easter Sunday’s strawberry shortcake dessert. It’s classic New England style to use traditional biscuits to pound cake, and its the only way I’ll enjoy this dessert. I also don’t believe in macerating the strawberries in any sugar, liquor, etc. The berries should sing on their own.
