A quick and satisfying salad for weeknight dinner eating. My tip: keep all natural raw chicken tenders in the freezer and cook up 1-2 of them in the skillet right before you make this salad. There’s nothing like fresh protein on top, and if they are still slightly hot, this elevates a cobb from a salad to a dinner.
