"Heart" these...or, at least the pants I'm wearing...

It's been months, but I've finally worn (and snapped fotos!) the pair of anklets I made--and gifted--myself for Valenday's Day this year.A simple cuff down stockinette stitch anklet, these pink and dark blue bad babes took half a second to make, and while I don't tend to wear them, am pleased with them nonetheless. They are quite comfy and painless to knit up that I'll probably make a whole pile of them for Christmas stocking stuffers. The nice, cable and lace socks will be reserved for traditional wrapping and they like--they don't belong stuffed in stockings.In all honesty, I actually desired these socks because I thought they'd look splendid with the mustard cords I own......was I right?As always, a few snaps of the Vday Anklets at its flickr set.
