Why I love where I live...

Because you wander into your local bookshop and find that one of the summer reading requirements in Brookline (for School Within a School) is Michael Dorris' A Yellow Raft in Blue Water, one of my--hands down--favorite novels of all time.It's never on summer reading lists. Except, now apparently, where I live.If you haven't read it,  I don't know what you're waiting for.
