sketchbook #1, 12.2011

I've been keeping a sketchbook of late, not because I'm a particularly good artist, but because I've been inspired by the colorful, ingenious sketchbooks of my friend r.r.'s students. I look at their work constantly and am inspired.Here is a fair isle sweater I sketched quickly the other day; I'm hoping to eventually turn this into some knitwear.
