These are my favorite quick cookie to bake. There’s nothing better than winter days by the fire, a stack of ginger snaps, and bottomless cups of coffee. What other cookies should I make?
I have done it. My ginger snaps are pretty damn good, if I pat myself on the back a little. But, I’ve managed to perfect making 24 perfectly round and symmetrical cookies in one go. It’s cookie perfection.

I call these drops because they are small little popables–just throw one up in your mouth and…and…touch heaven… …then hopeContinue reading “Hit ’em up…cookie style…”
Some days, when a craving is that good, you’ll rummage through your cabinets and organize t he ingredients. In my case, it was walnut chocolate chip cookies thanks to post-election blues (saddened at the realization that my state went red in the special election) and a serious hankering for chocolate and nut. They pretty muchContinue reading “They tell me, “I guess that’s how the cookie crumbles sometimes…””
