A pair of hand beaded earrings I made for a former student, on her graduation day. I love the color combination and the slightly metallic pink of some of the beads. It definitely makes me want to get out my beads and get making.
I think I have too many hobbies; there isn’t enough time to make all the things.
I made these peyote stitch beaded earrings for a graduating senior of mine. I think they fit her unique style, are hip to my own style, and will be greatly appreciated.
I haven’t done enough beading lately. I have too many maker interests, and so, something has to give. I go through fits and spurts with a particular craft. But, I should do more of this.

Amazing inlay earrings, gifted to me for my birthday from Sean.
My sister made me these incredible 10-inch peyote stitch beaded earrings. Aren’t they to die for? I wish I had more fancy dress places to wear them. More beading (of mine) here.
I love all things that dangle–especially delicate earrings like the above pictured, which my mum’s corgi Sir Winston Churchill gifted me today via his owner as a thank you present for a day of puppy-sitting, but sitting we did not do.
I have to say, I may babysit more often. There’s nothing better than an unexpected gift–particularly these gold and quartz stone dangleys with little crystal teardrops. Drools!
What’s more, they came in this adorable little pouch, which can be used for safekeeping when not wearing, or a little hideaway for other random items, like mints or gum or heck, coins. Uber drools!
And of course, I haven’t taken them off since I received them while knitting in a backyard adirondack…
