My Christmas was spent making hundreds of little tamales with family. We did pulled chicken with hatch chiles, green chiles and cheese, pintos and cheese, and beef. There’s nothing better than a homemade tamale; plus, it’s our holiday tradition. How did you spend the holiday?
Every year at the holidays, my family makes traditional tamales; because they are a bit of work, we like to make a whole pile of them and gorge our way through the new year.
