Success, again! I didn't really feel this one coming on last night in the early stages of my decreasing and shaping of what I hoped would be an elfin' pixi hat.But can I just please wax poetic on how successful this hat design was? I think I'm so pleased with the results I will create a pattern for this beatious little hat cap and post it to the blog for free.What does everyone else think?It's perfectly pointy uptop and after a bit of wrangling and fearing failure over a baby pom, it came to after serious sheering and now its this little, dense ball o' cherry red fun affixed at the pointy top and I must say...I couldn't be happier. So happy, in fact, I don't want to ever take it off...and I'm definitely wearing it out tomorrow night to a Courthouse Pub rendevous with Esteban Miguel and his Russki friends visiting from hinterland.Drools.Now all I have to do is knit up one in every bright, candy color...and make some for deserving friends.
